RE: Septic Inspection Report
Dear Mr. Jordan:
In accordance with the Operation & Maintenance Agreement dated 3-14-17, I performed the
regularly scheduled inspection of your septic system yesterday and offer the following report.
Outlet end of Septic Tank: cleaned the effluent filter that had some minor clogging. No visible solids
in this compartment. Did not notice any surface water intrusions in this end of the tank. Did not
inspect the inlet end, based on the quality of effluent in the outlet end. Septic tank is in good shape.
Pump tank: no solids present. Floats work correctly. Checked pump by lifting float and pump ran
and dosed to the field. Audio-visual alarm on panel works. Flushed 4 drain lines and flow to each is
pretty uniform. Pressure head settings are good. Grass on drainfield looks good. No signs of erosion,
excess surface water, vehicular traffic, etc. Manifold box is dry.
Everything about system seems to be working correctly.
