On 8/5/14, an inspection was performed at your establishment and a grade card posted by Paige
Levin, as required by 15A NCAC 18A, section .2603 and §N.C.G.S 130A-249.
On 8/13/14, it came to the attention of this department that card was not posted in a visible location.
Unauthorized
removal of a duly posted Sanitation Grade card is a misdemeanor under the General Statutes of the State of North Carolina and is punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both. The operator
of the establishment is responsible for ensuring that the grade card is posted at the designated location at all times
Any further violations of these regulations regarding removal
or alteration of grade cards will be referred to the County Attorney for prosecution.
