Subject: Molded cheese on sandwich
My name is Joey Mosteller I just purchased a parmesan chicken sandwich from the Burger King on NW Blvd in Newton
at around 7 pm on 12/4/12
When I looked at my sandwich I noticed a piece of cheeses had been partially torn off so I removed the top bun to find
another corner of the cheese to look green and in my opinion moldy my wife has returned to try to resolve the issue but
hasn't returned yet
I will attach photos but I felt it needed to be brought to your attention for not only the unsafe food but the way the entire
operation was being run. I used to work in the food service industry and after waiting almost 30 mins to only receive half
our order and another 15 for them to finish what they forget to me sends up a lot of red flags to what kind of health issues
are being overlooked by a very mismanaged staff
If I cant get all the pics attached to thus email I may need to send a second I apologize as these were taking with a cell
phone
