Supervisor Assessment: To date no action has been taken to rectify the problem. This is rather
surprising, since it is very likely an easy fix. I have had several conversations with Sam Schultz,
Planner for the Town of Maiden, who is closely following action on this case. Please proceed
with legal notification as appropriate.
