Mike,
It is my understanding that someone else made another call about this today. I spoke with Bobby Baker, see email below, about this yesterday. He said that they went out there and it
looked like they had a broken water line in the unit next to these and were using a wet/dry vac to get the water that had came thru the wall out. He said they did not find any evidence
of sewage in the yard or on the site. I don’t know what else I can do at this point. There are not active water or sewer services to the condemned units.
