RE: 1788 Noah Path, Conover, NC
To Whom it may Concern:
I have continued my Operation and Maintenance Agreement with the Johnson Home Rentals, LLC,
for the property located at 1788 Noah Path, Conover, NC 28613, for the LPP septic system. I
performed the regularly scheduled inspection earlier today and offer the following:
Septic tank has no risers accessible above grade. Next inspection will involve digging up access
openings and a determination of contents.
Pump tank riser is visible and accessible from above grade: No settling or erosion issues around any
tanks. Ground cover is good but grass on drain field in the back yard is getting high. High-level
alarm float is working and reports to the control panel. Ran the pump in manual mode: Pump ran
well and settings on the line control valves are good. There was fairly uniform flow to all nine lines.
Flushed all drainfield lines.
Control panel reports as follows:
Elapsed Time meter: 73 hours, 44 minutes:
Cycle Counter: 772 cycles.
High-water alarm count: 31
System appears to be working well and as designed. Next inspection will be performed late fall
and a copy of the report will be submitted. Thank you.
