In that matter, the parties attended mediation to reach a resolution of property issues, and Ms. Piper agreed, and the Court later ordered, that she was to receive the land and associated debt located at 6463 Curlee Road, being Parcel ID #:374501463475. However, Ms. Piper has failed and refused to abide by the terms of the Mediated Agreement and Court Order, and we have filed a Motion for Contempt. The reason I am writing is to advise that under the terms of the Court Order the parcel of land on which the violation is located is Ms. Brenda Pipers; however, the deed to her has not been delivered as there are other issues which we contend Ms. Piper has not complied with. We have a Motion for Contempt set in this matter for hearing on April 30, 2012, at which time we will request the Judge order Ms. Piper to comply with all terms and conditions, which will include Ms. Piper receiving this property.
