The rehiihilitation of this proper y as described in the Historic Certification Application will meet the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for
Rehabilitation provided that the following condition(s) &are met:
1. The new storefront systc in proposed for the doorway on the east end of the building must have a frame in a color of dark value.
The sidelights must be a single pane of glass rather than the multi -paned sidelights proposed in drawing B -1.
2. The air -lock entry propc sed for the doorway on the east end of the building in the former freight area must be constructed of glass
and must not attempt to Juplicate the appearance of the original ticket office as proposed.
3. The large door at the end of the building, which will be relocated inside the former freight area, must be mounted on a track
so that it appears to be o rable.
4. New mechanical, electri , and plumbing systems must be installed in a manner that is consistent with the historic character of
the building. The installation of mechanicals and ductwork must not result in the lowering of ceiling heights or impact the
character of the building including visibility of systems from the building's exterior. Therefore, ductwork must be set back from
the windows and starefr nts, should be installed adjacent to walls in order to reduce the visual impact of the systems at the
building's interior, and must be painted to match the ceilings. Photographs Aha2win 7 this condition must be submitted with the
