it has come to my attention that a large soil disturbance has occurred at the above referenced parcel, which includes possible disturbance to a creek buffer. Disturbing land without
a permit is a violation of the Catawba County Code of Ordinances. Please submit five copies of an erosion control plan along with the associated forms and fee required for your land
disturbance.
