operation of the court system, the Statutes and Catawba County Code as it relates to this matter. Until retirement I was the Official Superior Court Reporter in Catawba County for thirty-six
years. This has been an ongoing matter since I moved to my present home in June of 2011. According to Mr. Barton this situation had been brought to his attention prior to my moving,
Mr. Brown up to this time has not taken any action to bring the property into compliance and he has continued to operate as usual. Mr. Barton made several attempts to have Mr. Brown
voluntarily abate this problem but to no avail. We shall await the arrival of March 21 for the results. Again thanks for the update. Hope you have a most enjoyable day. Ron Lancaster

Mr. Lancaster, I am contacting you in response to the email you sent to our Code Compliance Technician, Kim Sue. Pursuant to the Default Judgment in the above-referenced case file, Mr.
Brown is ordered to abate the nuisance and reimburse the County for the costs of filing the legal action by Wednesday, March 21, 2012. Unfortunately there is nothing the County can do
before that time passes. Kim Sue will inspect the property on Thursday, March 22. If Mr. Brown is not in compliance with the Default Judgment, a court date will be scheduled for another
