Catawba County has an agreement with Garbage Disposal Service, Inc. granting them an exclusive license to transport and dispose of all solid waste,
including construction and demolition debris in the unincorporated areas of the County. The approval of your application for a construction/building
permit is made specifically contingent upon your agreement not to utilize any other business or company to transport and/or dispose of solid waste from
construction site(s). Failure to comply with this provision may result in assessment of fines up to $500 per day.
This permit is issued on the express condition that the above work shall conform in all respects to the statements certified to in the application for such
permit, and that all work shall be done in accordance with all applicable zoning, building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical ordinances of the County of
Catawba and the State of North Carolina.
A permit issued for work under this Code shall expire by limitations six months after the date of issuance if the work authorized (FOOTINGS ARE
CONSIDERED 1st INSPECTION ON NEW CONSTRUCTION) has not been commenced. If after commencement the work is discontunued for a period
of 12 months, the permit therefore shall expire. If a project expires, a minimum fee per the current fee schedule will be charged for each
building and trade permit to reactivate the project.

As the sign manufacturer for Golden Corral Cobb Sign Co Inc verifies that the wall signs are
designed and manufactured to withstand 90 mph wind speed.
' /2 " thru -bolt attachment drawings ( #057 -06 -1 and 068 -01 -3) are attached.
Each raceway has a disconnect switch on the right hand end of the raceway. Each raceway
also has a UL label.

As the sign manufacturer for Golden Corral Cobb Sign Co Inc verifies that the 9' x 14' pole sign
is designed and manufactured to withstand 90 mph wind speed.
The attachment drawing for the pole sign is attached.
There is an electrical disconnect at the base of the sign that controls the 9' x 14' and 6' x 8'
signs.
The new 9'x 14' sign is UL labeled. The existing 6' x 8' was UL labeled when it was installed in
1994.
Cobb Sign Co Inc manufactures the Golden Corral signage while Abee Custom Signs applies
for the sign permit and installs the signs.

and attachment are designed and constructed to withstand a 90 mph wind speed to comply with section
H 105 of the 2009 NC Building Code.

All electrical signs are required to be listed or labeled by a nationally recognized testing laboratory
approved by the NC Department of Insurance and be installed per Article 600 of the 2008 National
