at 4470 Grace Church Road. Will you please send me the owner’s name and address (if different), the person doing the burning, what was burned, etc. You indicated that the person is using
an incinerator. Is it an outdoor wood burning stove that they happen to burn trash in? Also a photo if you have one. We will take appropriate action after we get the information. Thanks

to make you aware of. The first is at 1363 Elgin Dr, Hickory. The complaint came from Clinton Cook with NCDENR Public Water Supply. The property owner at 1363 Elgin is burning trash
on the property and that parcel in right next to a public water supply (well lot). The notice is going out today to the property owner. The other complaint is located at 4470 Grace Church
Rd. The complaint is the property owner has an incinerator behind his house and he burns everything under the sun. I asked one of the inspectors from the Fire Marshall’s office to go
