11 Ice machine shield with, mold buildup on it. Must be cleaned and sanifized regulady to prevent this. Was cleaned. Thermometer
sitting in sanifizer with mold, Do not store thermometer in sanitizer. Must be allowed to air dry, Was cleimed.
34 All pans must be air dried prior to stacking, Repeat violation.
35 Need to clean containers holding lids at drink station,
36 Need to replace cooter door gaskets where split. Repeat violation.
