County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:
Section 32-6 (1) - Storage/accum./ disposal of garbage & solid waste
You have solid waste on your property (dilapidated mobile home). Please remove the solid waste by the date specified on the
letter.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 2/14/2012. If the site is not compliant by 2/14/2012, all associated
county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
