This letter adds to or changes the working drawings for the
renovation to the Schrum residence by Ed Lunow Architect dated
January 12, 2012.
1. The recess can light over the tub in the master bath detail
#110 is to be omitted.
2. The retaining wall outside the master bedroom as shown on
detail #111 is not to exceed 36" in height above the footing
and vertical #4 rebars set in footing ,located at 16" O.C.
extending 24" up into center line of the brick retaining wall
are to be added.
3. A/C duct firedampers are manufactured by Lloyd Industries
and are as noted:
6" round #CA- 512949 model CRD -55
8" round #CA- 512982 model CRD -55
9" round #CA- 512993 model CRD -55
4`x10" #CA- 512999 model CRD -50
6" horiz. bath vent #CA- 532974
6"X10 " #CA- 513003 model CRD -50
8 "x14" #CA- 532973
6 "x16" #CA- 532971
