I spoke with Ms. Borst (I think the short week before New Years). I listened to her complaint and told her I'd get back to
her after doing some digging. I told her with vacation and holidays it would not be right away. I had not asked Ed about it
before I left. From the Energov case notes it might be one of those where she thinks there's a violation but in reality
there is none.

Our manager’s office has been contacted by Sharon Borst complaining we are not forcing the owner of 8909 Oakwood
Circle to comply with zoning regulations – she states we received her complaint 6 months ago about illegal buildings and
are doing nothing. She said she spoke to you and Toni. What’s the true story – facts? I need to communicate facts to
Tom and Kitty as soon as possible -
Please update me on this case [8909 Oakwood Circle] in regards to outbuildings being placed too close to the lake.
