Located on your property at the above address is some grading work without any erosion control measures in place.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 31
Please remedy any and all code violations before 1/16/2012 12:00:00AM. If the site is not compliant by 1/16/2012
12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine
will be assessed beginning 1/20/2012. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of
Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision Review Board at P.O.Box 389,
Newton, NC 28658.
