Proposed Alterations To Property

* Build ramp to access rear entrance complete with handrails and pickets.
Materials to be treated lumber and all code requirements to be met.
* Replace eleven (11) windows with Double Hung, vinyl replacement
windows. All trim on outside to be capped with PVC coated aluminum. All
windows will be insulated and caulked.
* Widen three door openings for wheel chair accessibility on inside. Remove
and replace entry doors at front and at rear with new 3'0"x 6'8" entry doors
(both to have new hardware and keyed the same)
* Remove and discard old water heater and install new (possibly lower profile)
water heater. Relocate as necessary for bathroom remodel.
* Remodel 8x 10 room at rear:
- Repair rot in floor — Install new floor covering (choice of owner)
throughout room — Repair ceiling and walls and prep to be painted
* Remodel bath room:
- Remove and discard toilet and vanity. Purchase and install new and
relocate — Relocate certain walls to accommodate wheel chair access —
Install new linoleum throughout — Repair ceiling — Prep walls and
ceiling and any additional trim to be painted.
Remodel Kitchen: -
Install new sink base and two 32" base cabinets — Install new sink and
countertop (wall to wall) with new faucet — Prep walls and ceiling to
be painted — Floor covering (owners choice) — Clean and prep cabinets
above sink as well as all trim to be painted.
* Do all repair on outside including replacement of rotten fascia and other
trim to prepare for painting.
* Install new concrete side walk (approx. 5'x 60') across front of
property. Side walk to connect to adjacent owners side walk and
extend to new driveway on far side of property.
* Remove and discard all shingles on roof. Replace with new 30 year
architectural shingles(Owens Corning or better). Job includes
new 15 lb felt paper.
* Paint interior throughout including ceilings, walls, and doors.
* Paint exterior where needed.
All projects Nvill be done its a timely manor and all construction
debris will be removed routinely and premises cleaned where job
is complete.
