the following violation(s):
Section 32-6 (2) - Storage/accum./ disposal of garbage & solid waste
Directions - Hwy 127, right on Mtn. Grove Rd, left on Old Shelby Rd, house on left just past Hemphill Rd.
Located on your property is a dead deer in the front yard. This is considered putrescible solid waste which means solid waste
capable of being decomposed by microorganisms with sufficient rapidity as to cause nuisances from odors and gases, such as
kitchen wastes, offal, and carcasses.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please take corrective action on or before 12/14/2011.
