I agree to pay the archive fee to Catawba County at the time of request. I understand
that it is my responsibility to pay Accent Imaging any fees associated with the
reproduction of the above listed prints at the time of pick up. I agree to pick up the
reproduced prints at Accent Imaging located at 1630 Tate Blvd SE., Hickory, (phone #
828- 322 - 5050) within 48 hours of notification that prints are ready. I can be contacted at
the following phone number when plans are ready ( a, ( p "
A 24 hour period will be required to locate and deliver requested plans to vendor for
reproduction. The time required for reproduction will be determined by the vendor and
will be the responsibility of the customer to coordinate acceptable completion.
