Directions - Hwy 127 S, right on Mtn. Grove Rd, left on Old Shelby Rd, right on Faith Olive Church Rd, left on Kirkwood St,
property located in the fork of the road.
Located on your property at the above address is the open storage of solid waste.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 10/20/2011. If the site is not compliant by 10/20/2011, all
associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
