On 08/24/2011, Catawba County staff investigated the above referenced property to determine if a violation of
County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:
Section 32-6 (3) - Storage, accumulation and disposal of garbage and
Directions - Sandy Ridge Rd, right on Snow Creek Rd, house on right at Snow Creek and 25th St NE.
While certain categories are allowed through a Zoning Authorization Permit for a Home Occupation, tire sales is not one of the
approved categories. With any approved Home Occupation, open storage (outside) is not permitted. Should you have any

THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 11/1/2011. If the site is not compliant by 11/1/2011, all associated
county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
Newton, NC 28658
