On 08/01/2011, Catawba County staff investigated the above referenced property to determine if a violation of
County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:
Section 44-607 Pool - Illegal Accessory - Pool
Directions - Springs Rd, Houston Mill Rd, left on Buddy St, 3rd house on left.
Located on your property at the above address is a swimming pool without permits. Please come into the permit center to
obtain all applicable permits. Should you have any questions about the permits please contact the permit center at
828-465-8399.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 11/1/2011. If the site is not compliant by 11/1/2011, all associated
county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
Newton, NC 28658
