Section 32-6 (1) - Storage/accum./ disposal of garbage & solid waste
You have solid waste (metal, old windows, and various other solid waste). Please remove the solid waste by the date specified
on the letter.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 10/26/2011. If the site is not compliant by 10/26/2011, all
associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
