Buyer acknowledges he is purchasing home in "as is" condition and owner bears
no responsibility for any appliances within the home.
Unless otherwise noted, Seller(s) warrant that all appliances, electrical service,
plumbing nd heating system to be in good working order. (Seller(s)
initiaL8 (Original Signed). However, all appliances are bought in "as is"
condition.
Buyer(s) reserve right to a walk through inspection and approval on day of
possession and settlement. Buyer(s) may send a designated person to inspect
home on his behalf.
Seller(s) certify that they are the legal owners of mobile home, appliances, and
contents. Unless otherwise noted, Seller(s) certify that no liens exist on home,
appliances, or contents. Any existing liens are to be paid and satisfied by
Seller(s) prior to settlement and payment by Buyer(s). Upon approval and
payment by Buyer(s), Seller(s) agree to deliver to Buyer(s) a clear title or bill of
sale to the mobile home.
Seller(s) verifies that all taxes on mobile home have been paid and current
through 1 Jan ftr.

Buyer understands that method of purchasing home will be lease with option to
purchase and this will be drawn up by the buyer prior t closin . The terms of
this sale will include the buyer(s) paying a total of $ ,00 . Buyer will
