On 06/08/2011, Catawba County staff investigated the above referenced property to determine if a violation of
County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:
Section 32-6 (3) - Storage, accumulation and disposal of garbage and
Directions - Hwy 10 W, right on Rhoney School Rd, right on Tipps Rd, house on left.
Located on your property at the above address is a partially dismantled mobile home. Please contact me to discuss the
schedule for the removal.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 10/20/2011. If the site is not compliant by 10/20/2011, all
associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
Newton, NC 28658
