County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:
Section 32-6 (3) - Storage, accumulation and disposal of garbage and
Directions - Hwy 127 S, left on Old Farm Dr, left on Mt. Terrace Dr, left on Blackberry Ln.
Located on your property at the above address is the open storage of solid waste.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 10/19/2011. If the site is not compliant by 10/19/2011, all
associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
Newton, NC 28658
