On 06/08/2011, Catawba County staff investigated the above referenced property to determine if a violation of
County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:
Section 44-607 Accessory Structure - Illegal Accessory Structure
Directions - Hwy 10 W, right on Zion Church Rd, right on Yoder Rd, house on right.
Located on your property is an accessory structure without permits. Please come into the permit center to obtain all applicable
permits. If you have any questions please contact the Permit Center at 828-465-8399.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 10/19/2011. If the site is not compliant by 10/19/2011, all
associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
Newton, NC 28658
