On 08/24/2011, Catawba County staff investigated the above referenced property to determine if a violation of
County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:
Section 44-607 Accessory Structure - Illegal Accessory Structure
Directions - Hwy 10 W, left on Plateau Rd, left on Scronce Rd, church on right.
Located on your property at the above address are several accessory structures in the cemetery without permits (2
Columbariums, fountain & crosses). Please come into the permit center to obtain all applicable permits.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 10/13/2011. If the site is not compliant by 10/13/2011, all
associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
