10. Corrective actions needed: Install measure to prevent sediment from getting into the lake. Silt fence at bottom of property near the lake needs to be cleaned out to prevent further
sediment from getting into the lake. Stabilize slopes with ground cover.
11. Comments: Appreciate getting this fixed the first time. The earlier you can get the ground stabilzied the better. I talked to John about some recommendations for this site.
