We are resubmitting building plans with revisions for the above referenced alteration p roject. We hav e
addressed the plan review comments as stated in the 1 st review as follows:
Building Review Status: 1st Review Disapproved 9/01/2011
1. C. A written response to the comments in the order they appear in this correspondence
as well as appropriate clouded revisions to the plans shall be provided.
R. Written response provided. New set of plans provided for comments.
2. C. Provide a 2009 Appendix "B" with the following section filled out, lead design
professionals, code edition, building data, allowable area, exit requirements. Appendix
"B" shall be on the same size sheet as previously submitted (no 8 Y x 11 sheets
accepted).
