Located on your property at the above address are some erosion control issues. Please see attached Sediment Inspection Report. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 9/15/2011 12:00:00AM. If the site is not compliant by 9/15/2011 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning 9/19/2011. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation.
