31-4 (d) - Failure to take all reasonable measures

Located on your property at the above address are some erosion control issues. Please see attached Sediment Inspection
Report.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 31
Please remedy any and all code violations before 9/15/2011 12:00:00AM. If the site is not compliant by 9/15/2011
12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine
will be assessed beginning 9/19/2011. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of
Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision Review Board at P.O.Box 389,
Newton, NC 28658.
