condition.
Buyer(s) reserve right to a walk through inspection and approval on day of
possession and settlement. Buyers) may send a designated person to inspect
home on his behalf.
Seller(s) certify that they are the legal owners of mobile home, appliances, and
contents. Upon approval and payment by Buyer(s), Seller(s) agree to deliver to
Buyer(s) a clear title or bill of sale to the mobile home.
Seller(s) verifies that all taxes on mobile home have been paid and are current,
Seller(s) verify they have read, understand, and agree to this sales agreement
and acknowledge a copy of this agreement.

Buyer understands that method of purchasing home will be lease with option to
purchase and this will be drawn up by the buyer prior to closing. The terms of
