On 06/09/2011, Catawba County staff investigated the above referenced property to determine if a violation of
County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:
Section 44-607 Pool - Illegal Accessory - Pool
Directions - Hwy 10 W, right on Springdale Dr, house on left.
Located on your property at the above address is a swimming pool without permits. Please come into the permit center to
obtain all applicable permits.
I spoke with Mrs. McCorkle's mom and she assured me that her husband would help her daughter take the pool down by friday
9-9-11.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 9/21/2011. If the site is not compliant by 9/21/2011, all associated
county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
