On 07/28/2011, Catawba County staff investigated the above referenced property to determine if a violation of
County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:
Section 44-803 - Junked Motor Vehciles
It appears that you have vehicles that meet the Junk Vehicle Criteria. Vehicles must operate under own power or display
current tag or store within a building or removed from property. Please make arrangements with me to verify the status of
vehicles.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 8/23/2011. If the site is not compliant by 8/23/2011, all associated
county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
