Dear Sir or Madam:
As the homeowner and general contractor I've subcontracted part of the mechanical work for the house
to Bennett's Plumbing and to Allied Aire, Inc.
Bennett's Plumbing will apply for a mechanical permit to install radiant tubing below deck on the first
floor of the house.
Allied Aire, Inc. will install central air conditioning and central forced air heat on the first floor of the
house and central air conditioning in the basement.
Each company will apply for a separate mechanical permit / permit number.
