Reid,
Raphael McRae, 302 -3767, who works for Hickory public utilities is selling his doublewide MOH. In 1998 he got a permit
for a garage addition. He took out all the permits as owner. The electric failed;

*ELECT FINAL FAILED
1.INSTALL ALL SWITCH PLATES (BACK DOOR OF GARAGE)
2.CAULK OUTSIDE LIGHTS
*CALL FOR RECK WHEN READY
The inspector put a fail on the building because of the electric, but made the note that it passed. He never
called back in for finals and he is in a panic now because he is selling the home. After talking to David I told
Raphael he needed to get an electric permit at minimum fee $61, and a licensed electrician, but he doesn't
want to hire an electrician for just checking installed switch plates and caulking lights. The inspection history is
attached.
Can you call him. If you tell him the same information, I think he will accept it better from you than from me.
