A detailed description of the violation(s) follows: Section 44-607 Addition -Illegal Addition Directions -Houston Mill Rd, turn on Buddy St, house on left. Located on your property is an addition to the mobile home without permits. Please come into the permit center to obtain all applicable permits. 8/3/11 per Susan Bumgarner with Environmental Health they must move storage building sitting on top of septic system. They have not advised they have done it. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44 Please remedy any and all code violations before 8/17/2011. If the site is not compliant by 8/17/2011, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
