County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:
Section 44-607 Accessory Structure - Illegal Accessory Structure
You have three buildings on your property that do not have permits. Please come by the permit center, and if approved, obtain
all necessary permits.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 8/10/2011. If the site is not compliant by 8/10/2011, all associated
county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box 389,
