Per your request, please find included a report from T. Hamilton Ward of
Engineered Handling Inc., a floor plan schematic locating the pallet racking
installed, and a description of "use" of area and shelving systems.
Use of Area: The warehouse area will be a staging area for donations received
from individuals and picked up on our delivery truck. These donations will follow
Habitat for Humanity guidelines with restrictions regarding condition, safety, and i
hazardous materials. Most donations are generic household items from glassware
to building materials and will transition to the sales floor for purchase.
Please note also that we will house a propane operated Forklift Tow Motor in this
area also.

Jeff,
Your uprights are Wire Way Husky 42" x 144 ", They have a capacity of 17,394lbs. The beams are Wire Way Husky 5" x
144" beams with a capacity of 4,540 lbs. That would be per shelf. The wire decks has a capacity of 2,610 lbs each.'
The pallet rack is assembled and attached to the floor with (2) 3/8" x 4" Powers Fasteners wedge bolt anchors screwed
into the concrete Tension rated at 4000 PSi / 10140lbs. and Sheer lbs. at 5200 If you have any other questions or need
any additional information please let me know.
