Per your request, I have reviewed the 10'x 14' sunroom at the identified residence on 2 ch
Avenue Drive, NW. The planned sunroom will be added to the back of an existing
60'x28' (approximately) ranch style house. Seven existing roof trusses were modified by
cutting the overhang off and attaching the Patio Enclosures framing system to extend ol it
from the building wall. I have reviewed the modifications and found there to be no
adverse impact to each modified trusses structural capacity.
