The items noted below correspond to your numbered remarks: Item no.: 2. Sheet T1.5: Under "Allowable Area" — occupancy corrected to A -3. 3. See Sheet C1.2: Drawing revised and note added regarding gates in pool enclosure. 4. Sheet C1.2: Designs and required paperwork for retaining walls will be submitted at the time of application for building permit by the grading contractor selected for the project. 5. Sheet A1.15: Note has been added regarding height of opening at accessible garage bay. 6. Sheet A2.6: Not changed because of small scale. f 7. Drain/waste /vent diagram for poolhouse is shown on Sheet M9. The toilet facilities in the Clubhouse will be available for use by pool/poolhouse users; therefore, an additional drinking fountain located in the poolhouse is not necessary. 8. Sheet M8: Cleanouts for dryers are shown. 9.
