I am writing in response to your plan review notes on this project dated 5 -25 -2011. The
items noted below correspond to your numbered remarks:

2. Sheet T1.5: Under "Allowable Area" — occupancy corrected to A -3.
3. See Sheet C1.2: Drawing revised and note added regarding gates in pool f
enclosure. ;
4. Sheet C1.2: Designs and required paperwork for retaining walls will be
submitted at the time of application for building
contractor selected for the project. g permit by the grading
5. Sheet A1.15: Note has been added regarding height of opening at
accessible garage bay.
6. Sheet A2.6: Not changed because of small scale.
7. Drain/waste /vent diagram for poolhouse is shown on Sheet M9. The toilet
facilities in the Clubhouse will be available for use by pool/
therefore, an additional drinking ountain located in the poolhou users;
