Dear Mr. and Ms. Vanderwesten:
I have been informed by the Catawba County Code Compliance Technician, Kim Sue, that the
pool permit has been approved for the above referenced property on May 9, 2011. You will now
need to come to the permit center to complete the building permit process, located on the first
floor of the Government Center in Newton, and pay for both permits.
The County has tried to be very accommodating, while you tried to work through these
violations since August 17, 2010. Please be advised that unless you have resolved this situation
by Tuesday, July 5, 2011, I will have no choice but to proceed with legal action.
