Mr Vang has two piles of trash in the back of his yard, and possibly the embankment. We have spoke to him about it and he said he will burn it, but never has taken time to fix the problem.
This has been here for many years. We are starting to get rats from this trash. I have caught and killed a few rats coming from his yard. I was wondering if there is something that can
