The following is a response to the plan review for the above referenced project:
—� Item #2: Handicapped Accessible Path — Sheet 2 of 3 of site plans shows handicapped accessible
path to public way per 2009 NCBC 1007.2
Item #3: New Office Addition — Sheet 1 of 3 shows office addition and parking as future & plans
will be submitted later for this project. Sheet 2 of 4 was removed from submitted set of drawings.

Revised drawings attached.
j Item #4: Attached letter from owner requesting adjustment in toilet fixtures.
f Item #5: See revised sheets PI and P2.
! Items #6 & #7: See revised sheet MI.
Item #8: The heating will be used when the plant is not in operation, and the ventilation will be used
when the plant is in operation. The performance of the heating and ventilation will not be affected by
the operation of the other.
Item #9: See revised sheet E4.
