the County of Catawba and the State of North Carolina.
A permit issued for work under this Code shall expire by limitations six months after the date of issuance if the work authorized (FOOTINGS ARE
CONSIDERED 1st INSPECTION ON NEW CONSTRUCTION) has not been commenced. If after commencement the work is discontunued for a
period of 12 months, the permit therefore shall expire.

As of today, December 30, 2004, we are no longer using the following sub - contractors for
our existing construction site at 1341 Boston Road, Newton:
McMillon Electric Co. of Lenoir, NC
Arthur Rollins Plumbing Co.
You have received permit fees for Howard Plumbing and Heating of Sherrills Ford, which
we will be using. You may have Woodlief Electric Co. of Newton as the electrician, we
will be using them as well. The mechanical sub - contractors are yet to be decided.
