Dear Mr. Rogers,
This letter is a follow up to our telephone conversation today concerning the plans for the Bandys Field
House Storage Room Addition submitted by the Catawba County Board of Education for review. You
have already approved these plans based on storage use and the Owner is ready to get started.
However, the use of the addition has changed from Storage to Locker Rooms. It is my understanding,
based on our telephone conversation, that this change in use will not affect the building permit as it was
based on the Rehabilitation Code and that the contractor may proceed with construction without any
changes to the plans.
Please let me know if this is incorrect. As usual, I want to thank you for your help on this problem.
