Additional Specifications: Mr. Trivette requested that original permit be revised to not include expansion of drain field from 3
to 4 bedrooms. Replacement of tank is required due to proximity of tank to existing deck on front of
home. Keep new tank minimum of 5' from existing deck and home, 10' from property lines, and 50'
from well. No charge for redrawing permit per conversation with Mike Cash.
Landscaping or other site alterations that potentially divert groundwater or surface water toward the septic system, or prevent
proper drainage away from the septic system, including the direction of gutter flows or foundation drains, is not approved, and
may result in failure to approve the initial system installation, or the suspension/revocation of existing permits.
