Item #2 Appendix B has been added to the new set of submitted drawings. Item #3 The dust collector and fan are located in a non hazardous location on the exterior of the building. f Item #4 The design of the exhaust discharge has been changed to meet the requirements of 501.2 of the NCMC. Item #5 A manual start/stop control will installed to control the dust collection system and since the fan will be downstream of the dust collector and out of the dust air stream, an explosion proof fan and motor will not be required to meet section 503.1 and 503.2. Item #6 Section 510.5.5 make up air requirement are meet by an existing roof mounted louvered penthouse outside air intake. The location and size of the outside air intake are shown on the drawing.
